The Luxcon conference is the first collaborative event between the luxury hospitality brands Waldorf Astoria, LXR, Conrad including the lifestyle brand Canopy. I lead the entire creative direction from conference branding and theme to delegate experiences, conference set up, production, comms and social strategy including the initial pitch and content workshop with the client.

A theme that reflects the transformation in the luxury market and connects four luxury hospitality brands together with a lifestyle brand. Luxury is being redefined. All four brands (worlds and colours) are equally reflected and create a fully immersive experience.
A fully immersive experience
Keeping in mind CSR and sustainability throughout the entire conference, we have sent out recyclable Google Cardboards containing a digital invitation – a unique VR experience of the conference lets delegates fully immerse into the set up of the conference prior to the event.
Keep the momentum
We didn't just want to create a one-off conference but focus on keeping the conversations going after the conference as well. Therefore we have developed a clear comms strategy as well as social plan prior, during and post the event. Delegates receive regular agenda updates as well as engaging the audience in conversations around the transformation within the luxury market. Speaker interviews are being shared and posted after the event. A uniquely developed conference app allows delegates to tap into individual sessions and re-visit past sessions, video content and lets them connect to individual delegates.
