Hosted every three years, we were asked to deliver and curate two conferences to cover to global F&B team of Hilton. We have created an interactive workshop to bring over 600 F&B teams, speakers and suppliers around Hilton's UK, Europe, Middle East and South Africa hotels together. For the first time teams around the globe where connected – the uniquely developed app for these conferences enabled speakers, suppliers and Hilton team members to connect and share content from different regions – prior, in-between and post the events.
